Mike Hardy - President/Owner
Mike has held various technical and creative positions for Fortune 500 companies in both direct hire and private consultant capacities. Additionally, Mike has 13 years design/development/programming experience, 16 years Television/Video Production experience and 19 years overall media industry experience. Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a minor in Music, as well as a IT certification from Georgia Tech. Mike began his career as a Video Editor for CNN Headline News. Before founding INCOGNEATO, Mike has consulted for several Fortune 500 and 100 companies including: CNN , BellSouth, AT&T, Pathfire , Automated Logic, The Home Depot , Rare Medium, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, Verizon Wireless , and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Mike is a nationally certified personal trainer.
Mike has played drums for bands that have opened for national acts including MeatLoaf, The Gatlin Brothers, Rodney Atkins, Miranda Lambert and Lady Antebellum.
Chip Kornrumpf- Project Management/Sales and Marketing
Chip has worked within the IT industry for over 13 years with business contracts completed for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies in both direct hire and private consultant capacities. Initially Chip started out as a lead desinger/developer completing sites like Florida Panthers, Martin Luther King's site, Brandsmart, Alliance Theatre, RSUI, McKesson Pharmacueticals, BellSouth, and Serologicals. Chip was also very successful in the sales/market arena for over 9 years. His college education was in psychology and business applications at South West Texas State and he has aquired several certifications from Georgia Technical College in Atlanta. Chip became involved with the growth and success of Incogneato.tv after working on several projects with Mike Hardy after working together at BellSouth. Chip's experience includes usability testing labs, playing a major roll in BellSouth's migration to "one look and feel", and serving as liason between BellSouth's development group and the BellSouth business units.

Chip has achieved three scuba diving certifications (PADI Sport, Naui Open Water 1&2), was a foster parent for Atlanta “Second Chance” animal adoption services, was affiliated to The Margarita Society of Dallas/Fort Worth for Children’s Charities, Organized, developed, and managed his own Charity with all proceeds going to Ft. Worth Cook Childrens Hospital in 2010. Chip also won a life saving award while lifeguarding at Water World Amusement Park. He has enjoyed the major hobby of fitness for over 26 years, loves to play golf, tennis, and an avid collector of music and movies.
